BEN KAGAN After a lengthy illness Ben passed away in North Hollywood, California on January 27, 2004 surrounded by his loving family. Ben is survived by his wife Rebecca; sons Sam, Brian and Leonard and his extended family. Ben was born in the North End of Winnipeg in 1932. He was a respected and successful electrical contractor. Ben had an outgoing personality, always smiling. He was a sensitive and caring person with a big heart. He will be missed by his family and everyone that knew him.
